Miami-Dade County Public School Board and the United Teachers of Dade, the union, negotiated a contract that violates Florida Statute 1012.22, resulting in wage theft.
We, the teachers of MDCPS resolve to take legal action to reclaim our lost earnings.
Class actions are costly, and without sufficient funds, a judge wil not "certify" our class.
