Using district e-mail & Coercion, Intimidation and Harassment in MDCPS
Letter dated October 12, 2015 This letter seeks to address: (1) why teachers are precluded from sending "All staff" e-mails to solicit teacher attendance at school board meetings - especially when other teachers are allowed to send "All staff" e-mails to solicit happy hour attendance! (2)tactics used by the district to intimidate teachers who sign-up for school board meetings to not attend - sadly it works!
