Hocus Pokus: Value Added Model (VAM) used to evaluate teachers is not verifiable or reliable

Jackie speaks to the board about the mysterious way VAM scores are calculated.

A poster showing the discrepancies between a first release of VAM scores and a revised release of VAM scores shows all the numbers changing from positive numbers to negative numbers but the VAM score remaining the same.

She also speaks to the make-up of her ESE Inclusion class and the lack of students accounted for on her score.

This clip also shows how the board videographer cleverly switches from a frontal view of the speaker to a back view of the speaker so that the chart can not be seen by the viewing public.

Immediately after her speech, a board assistant rushes her to retrieve the poster.
